Multi Gym Rep Amounts?

i've asked this question before but all i got was useless answers so i am trying again..... PLEASE COPY AND PASTE THE FOLLOWING!

Lat Pulldown = Reps
Front Press = Reps
Arm Fly = Reps
Leg Extension = Reps
Strength... I am after strength.
I also feel pathetic because i struggle lifting the top weight on my multigym.
The lightest weight i mean.
AND TONING ASWELL.
HUCKLEBERRY SIN DON'T LEAVE YET!

80-90% 1RM
4-8 Reps
3-6 Sets
3-6x/week
1-2 minute rest between sets
2 minute rest between excercise

good nuff? this is the ACSM reccommendations
